🐾What is patreon?
Patreon is the only way you can receive pomie's physical goods. (Why? Scroll to 'Story Behind')Patreon is a subscription based service like Netflix. Picture that, but for physical rewards and by signing up you are reserving a preorder to get that month's unique design. When you join you will get HD wallpapers benefits, patreon post cameo, access to icons, sketches, vote on project secrets and especially physical stickers, art prints, keychain and general comfy stuffs mailed to you every month!
🐾Can I join if I live in the US? Or outside? Or in a rainbow cloud?
Yes! The purpose of this club is to get you to get my merch regardless of any location limitation. As long as your country receives international mail, you're good to go.
🐾How do I join?
1. Visit my patreon.
2. Choose which tier you'd like to join (make sure to read all your perks and benefits).
2. Patreon will process your payment and you will be an official member of pomie dreamy mail club. This means you are reserved a spot for that month reward which means cute stuff headed your way! So provide your address in this stage.
🐾When will I be charged?
Patreon processes your payment upfront on the first of the following month.Example:
○ If you sign up anywhere in 1 - 30 October, you will receive October goods
○ Please note that this means if you sign up on the 31st of this month, you wll be charged again on the 1st and receive both months reward
🐾Why am I charged up front?
This is for 2 main reasons.
First being, I'd like you to be able to receive that month's goodies regardless of you sign up on the 1st or 31st of that month! This helps you to get what you want and have been eyeing on in my instagram page in real time. Second, I offer digital goods as a reward and it would be unfair for our patreon circle if pledges are not required to pay for exclusive access.

Monthly Reward FAQ
🐾When will you send my mail?
I would typically send dreamy mails in two batches, during the 15th and the 30th of that month. Our mails are sent via First-Class mail, without tracking. Depending on how far you are from pomie, you will receive your goodies from 3 - 8 weeks within sent date. Mails are sent from Indonesia, meaning it travels a long way to reach you. Please give it time!I aim to ship out Patreon orders as soon as possible. Due to COVID constraints in the post office side, I could only offer you a month-by-month estimate of how quickly your items will arrive. Keep in mind pomiechi is a one woman army!
🐾What should I do if the tier I want is sold out?
Most of the tiers I provide is limited in slot due to my packaging abilities, so do secure a spot early on! That said, if the tier you want is sold out keep an eye as pledgers often change their pledge mid month.
You can also request me to expand slot via email, I can't always guarantee but if there is interest I will!
🐾What does early access and secret shop mean?
In due time, when my international website launch, patrons will get first hand access. Meaning you will get access 1 whole month before the general public. Items may be sold out in this stageI will release some patrons only items that will only be sold in the secret shop that you can access if you're a patron.

🐾 I have some questions/ trouble with my subscription. Where do I go?
If you have any diffuclty please email me at [email protected]. Do include details like: your full name, tier, pledged month I will aim to reply you no less than 3 days!
🐾 If I drop my pledge at the middle of the the and sign up again at the end of the month will I get charged twice?
No you will not get charged twice. For example: if you join $15 tier on 10th of January, then cancel on the 11th and chooses to rejoin by January 30th, you will have $15 credit for the month and will not be billed twice to protect you. You will still get access & January goods!

🐾Patreon Cancellation, Refund Policy and Shipment Policy

Patrons would hold full responsibility over cancelling their pledge. You can choose to cancel anytime.
I could not hold liability, if patrons forget to cancel their pledge before the beginning of the month. For this purpose refunds will not be issued.__○ Mail & Shipment __
Since all mail is untracked, once the mail is shipped, pomie will not be able to see progress of delivery. I will have no control once it is in the hands of the post office. Keep in mind due to COVID restrictions some mail may be caught up in the post office loop and they may take a couple days or weeks to settle themselves and continue their journey to you!If your mail is returned to me due to incorrect address I could re-send out the mail once more at no charge, or together with next month's mail if you are still subscribed. (Please understand that I am only able to re-send the rewards once.)If your items have not arrived in four (4) months contact me at [email protected] with your name, address, and which mail you're expecting. Please understand that I can only do only resend mails once out of trust of my patronsIf you'd like tracking, I will be aware of status, location and be responsible for refund. Email me at [email protected] or do a custom pledge with $10 addition to the tier you'd like. Ex: Gamer Tier ($17 + $10 = $27)
Story Behind
Why is Patreon the only way to get pomiechi merch?
My shop is only open locally. The reason being: I am still university student doing internship and art on the side. In weekdays I work 8-7pm and only have the window of 9pm- 2am to work on art.Fear not! While the it has not stopped my joy in creating, it is so difficult for me to create or design a website, code, take photos, edit, pack, all while keeping content in ig and interacting with you guys. I wouldn't trade interacting with you guys for the world 🥺 and I would like ensure items arrive to you with quality. That is why setting up international shop is not possible for me at the moment.So Patreon is a great alternative. Supporters can choose to pledge to get a monthly reward. Once you pledge you will get my merch mailed to you. (each month has an exclusive design available for that month only) This helps me fund art projects that I can't otherwise. (Pins Kickstarter, Apparel, I have a lot in mind!)My official shop may launch once I graduate and have more time to make sure of safety, quality and experience for you. It may take 1 up to 2 years in the future. To skip the wait, you can pledge to get them ahead of time and the general public!If you're subscribed, you will have access to wallpapers, sketches, some interesting projects BTS, vote for new products, icon commission from me and MERCH MAIL sent to you every month! (depending on which tier you are)If you're a patron, once my shop launches you will receive early access up to a whole month before the public gets access to them. Some items may be sold out at this stage. Patrons will also get access to secret shop since occasionally I'll be releasing merch that will not be accessed by the general public!
